The Artisans are HORRIBLEsubmitted by Deondre W. - |Recommended: NoComple Joke . I have nothing good to say about the artisans besides they know how to take care of their office. They’re completely over priced for the quality of the community. Nothing gets done when it needs to be done it’s always on their time. I’ve lost 2 sets on furniture to bed bug problems that I did NOT have when I moved here. You have to pay to basically keep your car from getting broken into and that’s not even a garuntee . This is my last go around at the Artisans apartments . When my lease is up I’m up.

I think the Artisans is a JOKE of a community.submitted by Deondre W. - |Recommended: YesWhere do I start... the only good thing they got goin is two office ladies Leslie, other than that I would say these apartments are a joke. Completely over priced, you have to pay to park anywhere. Like come on I just paid you 1350 for rent and u want some more for me to park closer to my home. This place so out of wack. Nothing gets fixed are taking care of when it needs to be, it’s always on their time. You can never get ahold of no one in the office. Beg bug issues that I’ve had to take care own my on because they can’t seem to. It’s sick and disgusting. Not being able to have people come over because of stuff like that. I had to get rid of 2 living room sets because of it. You know how much that cost Nope and I bet they don’t care. Every year rent goes up. Like why do y’all get a upgrade in y’all pockets wen y’all can’t even upgrade the things in our community. This will be finally go around at the artisans. I don’t cause trouble , I go to work , come home, and chill with my family... the artisans isn’t for me. Leslie 1 and Leslie 2 thank you for your services

Keesubmitted by Whakinya - |Recommended: NoDO NOT MOVE HERE I have been here for 2 days, discovered that the shower bathtub doesn't work, the sink and bathtubs were painted with paint, the back patio door has been previously broken into and is not secure. Then I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to be repaired. So I'm supposed to be here when someone decides to break in again. On top of that the apartment is not at all what I was shown,,no balcony and the kitchen counter is falling apart. The manager said she did a walk through with me but really just stood in the living room. Sad because I really do like the layout and even asked if they had another apt available she told me no basically im stuck.

One of the Worstsubmitted by Kari A. - |Recommended: NoMy list of complaints is long, but I've stopped sharing because not a single message I've sent has ever been responded to. I have problems with hot water, working heat and have encountered more than one cockroach. I signed the lease without anyone bothering to inform me that the laundry room on my side of the complex was under renovation' or that the fitness center was also ‘closed for improvements.’ Had I known both amenities were unavailable, I might not have moved in, especially that there is a clause in the lease stating ‘rent cannot be withheld due to non-working amenities', which suggestions there is often an issue. Management pays for nothing - this is the first time in 20 years and at least a dozen complexes where I had to pay for every utility and associated tax, including real estate, pest control and trash... this makes me wonder what they even spend money on, given the crappy state of the grounds and nonworking amenities. My actual unit has numerous significant problems, which I've given up trying to have fixed since deciding for sure I will relocate once my lease is up. Several of the issues can't even be easily repaired, including a tub that has to be replaced entirely, a front door that hardly fits its frame and will fall open if unlocked and a patio door that was built in backwards with a screen that doesn't lock. This is definitely one of the worst places I've ever resided - way too big for their britches, it seems.

No outdoor lightingsubmitted by Tenant - |Recommended: NoIf you move here you will pay a monlty fee for outdoor lighting but there is no outdoor lighting. It's all broken and they don't fix it.

Don't trust the photossubmitted by Unhappy R. - |Recommended: NoDo not trust the photos that they show on the website. The apartment is run down and falling apart. There are tack strips poking through the carpet, cabinet doors are barely on, the stairs feels like its going to fall through when you walk up it, paint flakes off when you close the kitchen cabinets, dishwasher is rusted out, the heat runs non stop in the winter and you can't use the air, water goes out all the time, windows ice over in the inside, and the exercise room is still not available to be used. Definitely not worth 1475 a month. Oh and don't forget the 8 per car per month parking and the ridiculous charges for gas very high because the heat runs non stop , real estate tax, pest control, water, common area electric It is pitch black in the parking lots . You have to pay two months rent to get out of the lease even though you don't get what was promised to you when you signed your lease.

For the amount of money I am spending I could have rented a house or bought a condo townhouse. Police are always around and it reeks of weed.

Need to improve in all aspects.submitted by Madison M. - |Recommended: NoThis apartment complex is truly horrible, the air and heat doesn't work nor do the maintenance people try to fix it. I had to go out and buy two space heaters just so I could be able to live comfortably when heat is supposed to be a given. The grass outside of our townhome is constantly dirty and there is mud everywhere on the sidewalk. The women that look like they are supposed to be cleaning the complex in the gulf carts do the exact opposite. I have yet to see them clean a thing yet. Maybe if the people that worked in the office lived here they would care a little more. It really saddens me that you guys treat the people that are giving their hard earned money this bad.
