Don't trust the photossubmitted by Unhappy R. - |Recommended: NoDo not trust the photos that they show on the website. The apartment is run down and falling apart. There are tack strips poking through the carpet, cabinet doors are barely on, the stairs feels like its going to fall through when you walk up it, paint flakes off when you close the kitchen cabinets, dishwasher is rusted out, the heat runs non stop in the winter and you can't use the air, water goes out all the time, windows ice over in the inside, and the exercise room is still not available to be used. Definitely not worth 1475 a month. Oh and don't forget the 8 per car per month parking and the ridiculous charges for gas very high because the heat runs non stop , real estate tax, pest control, water, common area electric It is pitch black in the parking lots . You have to pay two months rent to get out of the lease even though you don't get what was promised to you when you signed your lease.

Not what was promisedsubmitted by John S. - |Recommended: NoI still have a window that needs replaced, a door that isn't sealed right. I can never get a straight answer about anything. For the amount of money I am spending I could have rented a house or bought a condo townhouse. Police are always around and it reeks of weed.

Need to improve in all aspects.submitted by Madison M. - |Recommended: NoThis apartment complex is truly horrible, the air and heat doesn't work nor do the maintenance people try to fix it. I had to go out and buy two space heaters just so I could be able to live comfortably when heat is supposed to be a given. The grass outside of our townhome is constantly dirty and there is mud everywhere on the sidewalk. The women that look like they are supposed to be cleaning the complex in the gulf carts do the exact opposite. I have yet to see them clean a thing yet. Maybe if the people that worked in the office lived here they would care a little more. It really saddens me that you guys treat the people that are giving their hard earned money this bad.

Noise-trashsubmitted by Amanda V. - |Recommended: YesA lot of people let there kids run outside till 1 or 2 in the morning being loud. Some sit outside drinking and play music loud. The trash wouldn't be so bad. But people doesn't make there kids put there trash in the trash can. They let them throw it on the ground in front of other people walk way ect.....

Mostly conssubmitted by Maria - |Recommended: NoNot very many complaints besides the apts are run down, too expensive for the quality and the worst is the people that are in the office could use some customer service and soft skills. They suck at their job, never answer the phone, never follow up and all they know how to say is unfortunately and call their residents liars. I mean we pay lots of money to stay here, at least these women could make an effort but that may be too much to ask of these pendejas.The maintenance men are friendly making an effort to help the tenants as best they can, but one of the men possibly caused a minor asbestos spill when our kitchen ceiling got water damage from the neighbors leaky shower pipe during Xmas time. Called the office said we would have to wait until after holidays unfortunately . They came in and ripped down the popcorn ceiling, left a mess, tracked everything on the carpets and disappeared for 4 days. Something nice I can say, they keep the grounds recently clean.

The Landscaping is not all that plenty of water puddles that carry mosquito and waps around which is not healthy for the kids around or the dogs... I would say it is pretty ghetto but you pay for what you get the outside looks good but once you get inside the complex and walk around you could tell that it needs a lot of work
